Prepare a market analysis of the property, neighborhood, current competition, and comparable homes recently rented to help determine an appropriate asking price.

Market the property using the same proven system RVRI uses to market homes for sale, including the Realtors’ proprietary Multiple Listing Service and major real estate websites.

Tenant Screening
Screen prospective tenants by reviewing credit history, employment, income, and rental history to determine whether they meet rental qualifications.

Lease Preparation
Prepare a legally binding lease agreement specifying the terms of the tenancy and protecting the landlord’s interests.

Conduct Tenant Move-in and Move-out
Confirm that the property is clean and in good condition and that systems and appliances are in working order at the beginning and end of the tenancy. Collect the tenant’s security deposit before I occupancy and determine its disposition at the end of the tenancy.
